The site describes Arkivo Digital as it is today. Features marked "Coming soon" are not yet available, and we do not promise a date for them. Nothing here is legal, compliance or tax advice. Arkivo Digital keeps the record of an agency's AML checks; it does not carry out those checks, and using it does not by itself make an agency compliant with any law.
Using the site
You may browse the site and use the walkthrough form for genuine enquiries. Please do not misuse the form, attempt to disrupt the site, or try to access anything you are not meant to.
Intellectual property
The Arkivo Digital name, logo, text and design belong to us. You may link to the site. Please ask before copying or reusing anything else.
Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer.
