When you request a walkthrough, you give us your name, your agency, your work email, the size of your agency and, if you choose, a message. We receive nothing else about you through the form.
The website itself does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To reply to your request and arrange a walkthrough. Basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you. Basis: our legitimate interest in running the business.
Who handles it
- Netlify hosts the website and receives form submissions on our behalf.
- Google Workspace provides our email, where we read and reply to your request.
We do not sell your data.
Transfers outside the EU
Netlify and Google may process personal data in countries outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Both rely on the standard contractual clauses published by the European Commission to protect transfers of this kind, and Netlify also participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep walkthrough requests for 6 months after our last contact with you, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to give you a copy of it. Write to founder@arkivodigital.com. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta at idpc.org.mt.
